The Church is part of a magnificent story. A story of redemption. A story of forgiveness. A story of how Jesus comes to make us whole, to cleanse us of the sins we have committed and the sins committed against us so that we can be truly human ... free from the weight of sin and shame.
The Church is a living organism being formed by Christ, not a set of principles gleaned from the corporate world. Novitas is a church directed by Christ and exists to embrace the worship, transformation and mission of Jesus together. We are guided by what Jesus teaches us, for example, love God and love our neighbor, make disciples, and seek those who are separated from God and tell them about the good news and freedom Jesus brings. Come hang out with us awhile and you will soon see what we value and the mission God has called us to.
Live New
Choosing life, living each day in the recognition that in Christ each of us is a new creation, that Jesus is in the process of making all things new, even us, and therefore we live in light of our future home, the new heavens and new earth where everything will be right.
